A strategy that combines capacity with read/write performance: How does simulated cache in SSD work?

Cache is a very important reference point when purchasing SSDs, and can be divided into two categories: DRAM cache and simulated SLC cache. DRAM is similar to memory and is used to store flash memory mapping tables in SSDs to improve random read and write performance, but it is "simplified" in many non-high-end SSDs. Therefore, the presence or absence of DRAM cache has become the main watershed for whether an SSD is high-end or not.
